The use of fresh and locally sourced produce including fruits, herbs and vegetables from our own kitchen gardens is at the core of our food philosophy. As a farming family we understand the importance of provenance, animal welfare in food production and sustainability.

Lunch Menu
Booking recommended but not always essential. The seasonal menu changes daily with a choice of 4 for each course.

We also serve lunch in the Spa Brasserie Tuesday - Saturday from 12-3pm.

Our Sunday lunch is served from 12pm until 2.30pm, booking essential.
